FUE Hair Transplant

Hair transplant is a surgical procedure where hair follicles, usually from the Glandular area (back area of the head) also called the ‘donor site’, are moved to a bald or balding part of the head known as the ‘recipient site’. It is the ultimate and probably the ONLY treatment with Permanent results that exists to treat male/ female pattern baldness. In this procedure, grafts containing hair follicles which are genetically resistant to balding are transplanted to the bald scalp. Hair transplantation can also be used to recreate eyelashes, eyebrows, beard hair and to fill in scars caused by accidents or other surgery.

Follicular Unit Extraction - FUE Hair Transplant

Follicular unit extraction (FUE) is one of two methods of performing hair transplant. This procedure involves extracting grafts  containing one to four hairs, one at a time. Once the required numbers of grafts are extracted ( harvested) then these are then re- planted in the bald areas. The process of re-planting involves making micro slits in the recipient area. Once the slits are done then previously harvested grafts are placed in these slits one at a time.

Follicular Unit Transplantation or strip-harvesting is the most primitive technique of Hair Transplant. In this technique a strip of skin is removed from the patient and then dissected into individual grafts. Follicular Unit Extraction(FUE) has a quicker patient recovery time and significantly lower post-operative discomfort than follicular unit transplantation (FUT). FUE provides an alternative to FUT when the scalp is too tight for a strip excision and enables a hair transplant surgeon to harvest finer hair from the nape of the neck to be used at the hairline or for eyebrows.

Follicular Unit Transplantation - FUT Hair Transplant

Follicular Unit Transplantation, more commonly known as FUT is a widely accepted technique. The FUT hair transplant technique is most suitable for offering high-density hair transplants on a patient’s scalp. This surgery involves the strip removal of follicular units from the donor area of the scalp followed by the insertion of these follicular units into the recipient or bald area of the scalp.

PRP Treatment (Platelet Rich Plasma)

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is known as the best therapy for hair loss. It is a three-step hair treatment in which a person’s blood is drawn, processed, and then injected into the scalp.
There are no side effects of PRP treatment as PRP therapy is done injecting your own blood into your scalp, So you are not at risk for getting a communicable disease.

Advanced FUE

Advanced FUE is an FUE Hair Transplant process developed by Advanced Hair Restoration over the course of transplanting 2 million FUE grafts. This process involves techniques and protocols of handling grafts, graft hydration requirements, placing strategy, and implementation of the latest FUE technology. Using this technique we have maximized graft survivability (matching that of FUT Linear grafts), reduced the duration of procedures (improving patient comfort and reducing time grafts are out of the body), and have increased the number of viable FUE grafts that can be harvested while still staying in the safe zone. Our industry-leading experience and these techniques allow us to surpass industry expectations and hypotheses of older studies.
